About the network
Empowerhouse is an informal network of press freedom, community media and women-in-the-media activists all over the world. It works with (informal) members of the network on a daily basis. Based in Denmark, it’s a “one-woman-legally-registered-company”.
Projects
Empowerhouse coordinates a global Digital Safe House for women journalists facing online (and offline) harassment and focus on establishing one in Moldova presently, within the International Association of Women in Radio and Television.
The podcast series Women on the global community airwaves.
Working to get community media to cover public health more effectively through securing that community groups are drivers for their own empowerment, through E3J.org.
